hand ball instructions

1. make a dinner plate & rest the ball on top with your weak hand.
2. make an ice cream cone with thump down.
3. swing arms like a pirate dancing.
4. hit on the x or just above where the ice cream should be.
5. end with your cone in your plate.

Anzac fern

This is my soldier silhouette art. There is a sculpture in Wellington NZL.
Some people have tattoos the meaning of the fern is the Anzacs going off to war.
